DIAGNOSIS: The video stream is struggling, usually due to insufficient upload speed from your home internet or a congested local network.
FIX: Test your internet's upload speed where the camera is. 1) Use a speed test app on your phone right next to the camera. 2) Blink recommends at least 2 Mbps upload speed per camera. If you're below that, you need to contact your internet provider or limit other upload-heavy activities (like large file backups or video calls). 3) Also, if you have multiple Blink devices, try viewing them one at a time to see if the problem is total bandwidth.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The problem could be on Blink's server side during peak times. Try again later. Also, close other apps on your phone that might be using data in the background while you're trying to view the live stream.
HEADS UP: The quality setting in the app affects bandwidth too. If your upload speed is borderline, go into the camera's video settings and lower the video quality from "Best" to "Standard." It'll be less sharp but much smoother.
