Diagnosis
Intermittent offline status is a weak Wi-Fi signal. The issue worsens at night because the camera's IR LEDs cause minor electrical interference on the Wi-Fi radio.
How to Fix It
Improve your Wi-Fi signal strength at the camera's location. Use a Wi-Fi analyzer app on your phone to check signal. Move your router or install a Wi-Fi extester. In the Reolink app, go to Camera Settings > Network > Wi-Fi Signal. It should be at least 70% for stability.
If That Didn't Work
The camera's Wi-Fi module may be overheating. Ensure it is not in direct, hot sunlight or a sealed housing. Provide shade and ventilation.
Heads Up
Power-saving modes can cause delays. If 'Battery Protection Mode' is enabled, the camera may sleep and appear offline. Disable this mode in Power Management for constant connectivity, but expect faster battery drain.
