DIAGNOSIS The durable polyester fabric can trap dust and surface stains, but aggressive cleaning can push debris into the driver.
FIX Use a soft, dry toothbrush or a clean, dry makeup brush to gently brush the fabric in one direction. For stains, lightly dampen a microfiber cloth with water (only water), wring it out completely, and dab—do not rub.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK For set-in stains, a very small amount of mild soap diluted in water on the cloth can be used, but avoid saturating the fabric. Never spray liquid directly onto the speaker.
HEADS UP Never use compressed air, as it can force particles past the fabric mesh and damage the internal driver. The fabric is not user-replaceable.
