DIAGNOSIS The anti-reflective coating on the U8K is delicate. Standard cleaners will create permanent streaks and haze.
FIX Use a dry, soft microfiber cloth first. For smudges, slightly dampen a second microfiber cloth with distilled water only. Wipe gently in one direction. Immediately dry with the first dry cloth.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK For stubborn spots, use a 1:1 mix of distilled white vinegar and distilled water. Dampen cloth, never spray directly on screen. Dry immediately.
HEADS UP Never use Windex, ammonia, alcohol, or abrasive cloths. Never press hard. The coating cannot be repaired if damaged.
