Diagnosis
The interior blower wheel and air channels are clogged with a thick layer of dust and lint. The TT-TF002 has a dense, vertical blower wheel that acts like a dust magnet, and the rear intake grill is wide open.
How to Fix It
Unplug it. The main grill is not designed to be user-removable without potentially breaking clips. Your best access is through the rear. Use a long, thin attachment on a vacuum cleaner to suck dust from the intake vents. Then, use compressed air (a can is fine) and blow forcefully through the front outlet grill and the rear intake to dislodge dust from the blower wheel. You'll see a cloud come out the other side. Rotate the fan and repeat.
If That Didn't Work
If airflow is still terrible, the blower wheel itself might be gummed up with sticky dust. For that, you'd have to carefully pry off the front grill (starting from the bottom with a plastic tool) to get direct access. It's a fussy job and you risk breaking plastic tabs.
Heads Up
Never spray cleaning fluids or water into the fan while trying to clean it. You'll drive moisture into the motor and electronics, which will almost certainly cause a short and kill the control board.
