Diagnosis
The wireless link between the soundbar and the subwoofer is lost. This often happens after a power surge or if they are moved too far apart.
How to Fix It
Power off both units. Unplug the soundbar and subwoofer from power. Move the subwoofer to within 3 feet of the soundbar. Plug both back in. The soundbar will automatically enter pairing mode on startup. The subwoofer light should turn solid blue within 60 seconds.
If That Didn't Work
Perform a factory reset on the soundbar. Hold the 'Volume Down' and 'Source' buttons on the soundbar for 10 seconds until the display flashes. This clears all paired connections and forces a re-pair.
Heads Up
Thick walls, large metal objects, or nearby routers (especially on 5.8GHz) can block the 5.8GHz wireless signal. Ensure a clear line of sight during initial pairing.
