Diagnosis
A leak from the front corner typically points to the door gasket or the water inlet valve, not the tub itself.
How to Fix It
Inspect and clean the door gasket (seal).
- Wipe the entire rubber door gasket with a damp cloth, checking for folds, tears, or food debris stuck to it.
- Ensure the spray arm isn't hitting a tall utensil or dish, deflecting water onto the door seal.
- Run a test cycle with a flashlight aimed at the corner to pinpoint the leak source.
If That Didn't Work
The water inlet valve, located behind the lower kick panel on the left side, may have a cracked fitting or loose connection. Tighten the connections or replace the valve if it's dripping.
Heads Up
Don't just tighten the mounting screws—this can warp the tub. Level the dishwasher front-to-back and side-to-side so the door aligns squarely with the gasket. An unlevel unit is a common leak cause.
