Diagnosis
This is audio dropout. Most often caused by wireless interference from your Wi-Fi network. The B650's wireless subwoofer and Bluetooth operate on 5.8GHz and 2.4GHz bands, which can clash with Wi-Fi.
How to Fix It
Change your Wi-Fi router's channel. Log into your router's settings. For a 2.4GHz network, set the channel to 1, 6, or 11. For a 5GHz network, avoid channels above 100. This reduces frequency overlap.
If That Didn't Work
Update the soundbar's firmware. Download the Samsung Soundbar Updater tool on a Windows PC. Connect the soundbar to the PC via USB. The tool will check for and install the latest firmware, which can improve stability.
Heads Up
Do not place the soundbar directly on top of or inside an entertainment center with a metal frame. This creates a Faraday cage that disrupts the internal wireless signals, causing dropouts.
