DIAGNOSIS F0 indicates a 'Keypad Stuck' fault. One or more of the touchpad buttons is registering as continuously pressed, likely due to a short circuit from moisture or a spill.
FIX
- Unplug the dishwasher for 5 full minutes to perform a hard reset. This often clears transient errors.
- After plugging back in, press and hold each button on the control panel firmly for a few seconds to try to unstick any contacts.
- If F0 returns, the user interface control panel (the part with all the buttons) is faulty and needs replacement. Moisture ingress from cleaning or steam is a common cause.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Rarely, a wiring harness short between the main control board and the user interface can cause this. Inspect the harness connection behind the panel for corrosion or damage.
HEADS UP Avoid spraying cleaners directly on the control panel. Wipe it with a damp cloth only. Steam from a leaky vent or door seal can also cause this by condensing behind the buttons.
