DIAGNOSIS Bluetooth connection instability. The P21 has a known weak Bluetooth antenna. Interference from USB 3.0 devices, routers, or physical obstacles causes drops.
FIX Minimize interference. Keep the P21 within 3 feet of your phone/tablet with a clear line of sight. Move it away from computers, monitors, and power strips. On your phone, go to Bluetooth settings for the P21. If there is a "Connection Type" or "Profile" option, select "Serial Port" (SPP), not "LE" or "Audio". This provides a more stable link for data.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The issue may be power-related. Ensure the P21 is charged above 50%. Low battery can cause the Bluetooth module to underperform. Connect it to power while using it to test.
HEADS UP The P21 cannot maintain a stable connection if more than one paired device is actively seeking it. Ensure only your primary phone has Bluetooth enabled and is paired. Tablets and secondary phones must have Bluetooth turned off for the P21.
