the tv keeps saying "network disconnected" but my wifi is fine and every other device works.

DIAGNOSIS The TV's Wi-Fi module is having trouble maintaining a stable connection, which is a known quirk with some Samsung smart TVs. It's often a software handshake issue, not your router.

FIX Go into the TV's network settings and forget your Wi-Fi network. Then, power cycle both your router and the TV. Unplug both for a minute. Plug the router back in, let it fully boot up, then plug the TV back in. Reconnect to your Wi-Fi on the TV, entering the password fresh. This clears the corrupted connection profile and re-establishes it cleanly.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Try switching the TV's IP settings from DHCP to Static. In the network settings, manually assign an IP address outside your router's normal DHCP range (like if your router gives out addresses starting at 192.168.1.100, use 192.168.1.50). This can sometimes stop the router from dropping the TV's connection.

HEADS UP For the most reliable streaming, consider using a wired Ethernet connection. The Q80C has a port for it, and it completely bypasses these finicky Wi-Fi issues.
