DIAGNOSIS The soundbar's Bluetooth Auto Power function is enabled. It is searching for and connecting to a previously paired device.
FIX Disable Bluetooth Auto Power. Press the Bluetooth button on the remote to select BT as the input. Press and hold the same Bluetooth button for 5 seconds. The display will show BT Auto OFF.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Unpair the problematic device. With BT as the active input, press and hold the Program button on the remote until the display shows BT Clear. This erases all paired devices.
HEADS UP After clearing, you will need to manually re-pair any devices you want to use, like your phone.
