all the ports on my jackery 1000 suddenly stopped working at the same time, but the unit turns on and the screen looks fine.

DIAGNOSIS The internal DC-AC inverter and DC-DC converters are disabled. This is usually caused by the system detecting a fault, like a short circuit, that triggered a global output shutdown. The control firmware has locked out the output stages.

FIX Perform a full system reset. Turn the unit off. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds. Release. Wait one minute. Turn it on normally. This reboots the microcontroller and often clears fault flags.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK A failed current sensor on the main bus can send a false overload signal, permanently disabling outputs. If the reset doesn't restore function, the main control board needs diagnosis. This is not a user-serviceable fix.

HEADS UP This can happen if a connected device shorted. Before connecting anything after the reset, test with a simple, known-good device like a USB lamp. Do not immediately plug in the suspected load.
