Check the dry contact switch wiring at the remote control terminals.
- For remote On/Off: The remote switch must be normally open for the generator to be "On." It must be closed to stop ozone production.
- The switch must be connected to dry contacts only. This means it is not connected to ground or any voltage source (AC or DC).
- Incorrect wiring or voltage applied to these terminals will trigger the internal iOzone diagnostic system and shut down the unit.
If that didn't work: Test the status indicator circuits. During normal operation, pins 5 and 6 are normally open, and pins 6 and 7 are normally closed. If the remote control switch is Off or a safety shutoff is activated, the circuit between pins 5 & 6 closes and 6 & 7 opens.
Heads up: All service work must be done with power OFF and the cord disconnected. Electrical shock hazard is present.
