DIAGNOSIS The cold air isn't moving from the freezer compartment into the fridge section. The damper flap or the air channel is blocked, or the small internal fan has failed.
FIX Empty the fridge and freezer. Look for the cold air vent inside the freezer compartment (usually a plastic grate). Remove any ice buildup or food packages blocking it. Check the corresponding vent inside the fridge section. Clear any obstruction.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The small evaporator fan behind the freezer panel may have failed. This requires disassembly to confirm and replace. Not a typical DIY fix for this model.
HEADS UP Never use sharp objects to chip ice from the air channels. You can puncture the evaporator coil, which is a total loss for the unit.
