DIAGNOSIS This is the most common complaint about the round brush. It's not broken—it's a design flaw where hair wraps around the base of the bristles, right where the cuff meets the brush head.
FIX To remove wrapped hair, you need to detach the brush from the cuff. Firmly pull the nylon brush head straight off the plastic cuff. You'll now see the hair wound tightly around the cuff's base. Use a seam ripper, small scissors, or your fingers to carefully cut and pull all the hair out. Then snap the brush head back onto the cuff until it clicks.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If hair is also jammed *inside* the attachment where the air flows, you might need to use a straightened paperclip through the vents to gently pull it out. Avoid using excessive force.
HEADS UP Prevention is key. Try not to let the brush roll over the very ends of your hair, and clean it after *every* use. Letting hair build up makes it harder to remove and can eventually strain the motor.
