DIAGNOSIS The woven fabric grill attracts dust and can be damaged by liquids or abrasive cleaning.
FIX Use a soft-bristled brush attachment on a vacuum cleaner on the lowest suction setting. Gently brush the fabric to lift and remove dust. Do not press hard.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK For stuck-on particles, use a slightly damp microfiber cloth. Dab, do not wipe. Never spray cleaner directly onto the fabric. The moisture can seep through and damage the speaker diaphragms behind it.
HEADS UP The grill is not designed to be removed by the user on the Bar 500. Attempting to pry it off will break the plastic clips and void your warranty.
