Diagnosis: You are not connected to the router's network, or your browser cache is interfering.
Fix: Ensure a direct connection first.
- Connect your computer directly to one of the router's LAN ports (1-4) using a network cable.
- Open a fresh, private/incognito browser window.
- In the address bar, type http://router.asus.com and press Enter. Do not use https:// or a search engine.
If that didn't work: Try a hard reset. With the router on, press and hold the Reset button on the back for about 5-10 seconds until the Power LED starts blinking. This will restore factory settings. Then, connect via Wi-Fi to the default network (SSID: ASUS_XX from the label) and try http://router.asus.com again to start setup from scratch.
Heads up: After a reset, you must reconfigure your Wi-Fi names and passwords.
