Check the water supply path. The pump is likely not getting water.
- Connect the water. Sounds obvious, but verify the inlet hose is connected and the water supply tap is fully on.
- Thaw frozen parts. If stored outdoors or in freezing temps, the pump, hoses, or accessories could be frozen. Wait for them to thaw completely indoors.
- Clean the water inlet filter. A blocked filter stops flow.
- Clean the nozzle. A completely blocked nozzle prevents discharge.
If that didn't work: There could be an air lock. Disconnect the inlet hose from the machine, let water flow through it briefly to purge air, then reconnect. Ensure all connections are hand-tight.
Heads up: Never run the machine without water connected and flowing—it will destroy the pump motor and void the warranty. Also, this unit is not meant for hot water. Only use a cold water supply.
