Pulsating pressure indicates the pump is sucking air or has an inadequate water supply.
Diagnosis and fix checklist:
- Air in the inlet hose: Hold the trigger until regular working pressure resumes. This bleeds the air.
- Inadequate water supply: Check that your water source meets the machine's specifications. Use a hose with a minimum 1/2 inch diameter. Avoid long, thin hoses.
- Partially blocked nozzle: Clean the nozzle.
- Blocked water inlet filter: Clean the water inlet filter.
- Kinked hose: Straighten the inlet hose to remove any kinks or blockages.
