Diagnosis
Yeah, this is common, especially on softer surfaces. The 'T' style frame has a single crossbar, which is less inherently stable than a more expensive 'C' or rectangular frame at full extension on an uneven base.
How to Fix It
First, ensure the feet are fully tightened to the legs and the desk top is fully secured to the frame with all provided screws. The biggest fix is to put the desk on a stiff platform. Get a 3/4" thick piece of plywood or a low-pile office chair mat cut to size and place the entire desk on it. This creates a rigid, level base.
If That Didn't Work
Check if the wobble is side-to-side or front-to-back. Significant side-to-side wobble suggests the frame itself is loose. Tighten every bolt connecting the crossbar, feet, and leg columns.
Heads Up
Don't overtighten the screws that attach the top to the frame. You can strip the particleboard inside the bamboo veneer. Just make them firm.
