DIAGNOSIS The soundbar is powered on but not receiving an audio signal from your TV. The steady white LED indicates normal standby/power-on state.
FIX Check the HDMI-ARC or optical cable connection. First, power cycle everything. Unplug the soundbar and TV from power for 60 seconds. Replug the TV, wait for it to fully start, then replug the soundbar. On your TV's audio settings, ensure output is set to 'HDMI-ARC' or 'Optical' and 'TV Speakers' are off.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Try a different HDMI cable, preferably a High-Speed one. Connect it directly from the soundbar's HDMI-ARC port to the TV's labeled HDMI-ARC port, bypassing any intermediate devices.
HEADS UP Some TVs require you to enable HDMI-CEC (often called Simplink, Anynet+, or Bravia Sync) for the ARC function to work properly. Check that setting.
