there's a weird popping or crackling sound from the speakers sometimes, especially during quiet scenes.

DIAGNOSIS This is almost always an issue with the digital audio signal from your TV, either due to a poor HDMI connection, incorrect audio format, or signal interference.

FIX First, swap the HDMI cable. Use the included cable or a certified high-speed HDMI cable. Ensure it's securely seated in both the TV's eARC/ARC port and the soundbar's HDMI IN port.

IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Change the TV's digital audio output format. In your TV's sound settings, change the output from "Auto" or "Bitstream" to PCM. This sends a decoded, less complex signal the soundbar handles more reliably.

HEADS UP If the crackling is only on Bluetooth, it's likely wireless interference from your router or microwave. Move the router away or connect via Wi-Fi (for AirPlay/Spotify) or HDMI for a stable fix.
