Dust and debris are jamming the variable-speed trigger. It needs cleaning and inspection.
- Disconnect the battery pack immediately. Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous.
- Blow out the trigger area with clean, dry air, wearing eye protection. Avoid prolonged use at variable speeds, as it can damage the trigger mechanism.
- Check for misalignment or binding of the moving parts. Look for sawdust or grime buildup.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The tool requires repair. Have it serviced by a qualified repair person using only identical replacement parts. Do not use it until fixed.
