The power to the thermostat is off. This is a power supply issue, not a thermostat failure.
- Check your home's circuit breaker for the heating and cooling system. Reset it if it's tripped.
- Go to your furnace or air handler. Make sure its power switch is on.
- Ensure the furnace door is completely closed. Some systems won't power up if the door is ajar.
- Verify the C wire is connected at both the thermostat terminal and the C terminal on your system's control board.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: If you're using the included C-Wire Adapter, confirm it's installed correctly. If you have a zoned system with multiple thermostats, the adapter installation is more complex and requires a pro. Call 1-855-733-5465.
HEADS UP: The thermostat's own off switch does not disconnect power from your HVAC equipment. Always turn off power at the breaker before handling wires.
