Diagnosis
No power is reaching the main control board. The most likely cause is a tripped internal thermal fuse or a faulty power supply connection.
How to Fix It
First, confirm power source. Plug the fan into a different, known-working wall outlet. If still dead, unplug and wait 10 minutes. This allows the internal thermal fuse to reset if it tripped from a motor overheat. Plug back in and press the power button. Check the physical power cord connection at the base of the fan unit; ensure it is fully seated.
If That Didn't Work
The internal 5x20mm 250V thermal fuse may have blown permanently. This requires disassembly to access and replace the fuse, which is soldered on the main PCB near the power input. Not a user-serviceable part under warranty.
Heads Up
This fan has no user-replaceable fuse in the plug. A completely dead unit with a verified good outlet typically indicates the internal thermal protection has failed.
