Diagnosis
The fan base is not sitting level. The floor surface is uneven, or the fan's weight distribution is off due to assembly.
How to Fix It
Place the fan on a completely flat, hard surface. Check that all four rubber feet are present and intact. Ensure the tower section is fully and correctly clicked into the base. There is an arrow on the tower that must align with an arrow on the base. Push down firmly until you hear a click. Gently rock the fan to test stability.
If That Didn't Work
The internal blower wheel may have become unbalanced from dust buildup or impact. Unplug the fan, remove the rear grille, and inspect the blower wheel for any cracks or heavy dust clumps on one side. Clean thoroughly.
Heads Up
This fan is top-heavy. It is not designed for thick carpet. Always use on a hard, level surface. Do not place it where it can be bumped frequently.
