- M18 XC REDLITHIUM: Three-year warranty.
- M18 XC HIGH CAPACITY LITHIUM-ION: Five years or 2000 charges.
FIX: Determine your battery type from the label. If it's within the warranty period and failed due to material or workmanship defect, it's covered.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The warranty excludes damage from misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents.
HEADS UP: You must return the battery pack, freight prepaid and insured, to a Milwaukee Service Center with a copy of your proof of purchase. Unauthorized repair attempts void the warranty.
