Diagnosis
The GFCI outlet on the power cord has tripped. This is a safety feature. It happens often on first use.
How to Fix It
Locate the GFCI box on the power cord. Press the red 'RESET' button. You should hear a click. The GFCI light will turn green. Plug the washer into a standard 120V outlet. Pull the trigger to test.
If That Didn't Work
Check the 20-amp household circuit breaker for the outlet you're using. Reset it if needed. Try a different, known-good outlet.
Heads Up
Always plug directly into a wall outlet. Do not use an extension cord. A weak power source will trip the GFCI immediately.
