However, the app often relies on a combination of a countdown timer (based on gallons processed) and the sensor data. When the timer hits 0%, the app triggers a replacement alert regardless of the current TDS reading. This happens because the faucet light is programmed to trigger only when a specific TDS threshold is crossed or a hard-coded gallon limit is reached internally, while the app is more sensitive to the estimated lifespan. To confirm this is a sync issue and not a hardware failure, check if the "Current TDS" reading in the app is still low (typically under 20 ppm). If the TDS is low but the percentage is 0%, you are dealing with a software calibration error rather than a depleted filter membrane.
How to Fix It
To synchronize the faucet hardware and the app and clear the 0% alert, follow this precise sequence to force a hard reset of the monitoring logic:
- Open the Frizzlife app on your smartphone and navigate to the Device Management dashboard for your PD600-TAM3 system.
- Select the Filter Life menu option. You will see the specific filter (likely the RO membrane or the composite filter) showing 0%.
- Press and hold the Reset button within the app for 3 seconds. A confirmation dialogue will appear; select Confirm to reset the lifespan to 100%.
- Physically disconnect the power adapter from the wall outlet that powers the smart faucet base.
- Wait exactly 30 seconds to allow the internal capacitors in the faucet controller to discharge completely.
- Plug the power adapter back into the wall. This forces the faucet's local firmware to ping the cloud server and update its status based on the new 100% value you set in the app.
- Wait 2 minutes for the system to stabilize, then refresh the app home screen to ensure the blue light and the percentage are now aligned.
If That Didn't Work
- Perform a Factory Network Reset: If the app still shows 0% after a manual reset, the device may have a corrupted pairing token. - Manual Filter Swap: If the app continues to insist the filter is at 0% despite resets, the internal flow meter may have detected a specific gallon threshold that triggers a "hard lock." Replace the filter cartridge, then perform the reset sequence mentioned above.

- Avoid 5GHz Wi-Fi: The PD600-TAM3 smart faucet only supports 2.4GHz networks. Connecting it to a hybrid 5GHz/2.4GHz band can cause intermittent sync issues between the faucet light and the app.
