Battery connection or protection circuit. Check the battery first.
- Press the battery indicator button. If no lights, the battery is depleted or faulty. Charge it.
- Insert the battery firmly into the tool until it clicks.
- Try a different ONE+ 18V battery if you have one.
If that didn't work, the electronic protection system may have tripped. It shuts off power if the battery is overloaded or overheated. Let the tool and battery cool down for 30 minutes, then try again.
Heads up: The tool is only supported under the European warranty if it has the CE mark on its nameplate. Tools bought in the US and imported won't get service here.
