DIAGNOSIS The battery pack is not correctly seated or is completely dead. The flashing red light and beeps are the battery error indicator.
FIX Remove the battery pack. Press the release button on the handle and slide it straight up. Look for dirt or debris on the gold contacts inside the handle and on the battery. Clean with a dry cloth. Firmly reinsert the battery until it clicks. Place the vacuum on the charging dock. Let it charge for at least 4 hours before trying again.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The battery itself is likely dead and won't hold a charge. You need a replacement VCA-BP95A battery pack. The internal cells degrade over time.
HEADS UP Only use the official Samsung charger. Third-party chargers can cause this error and damage the battery management system.
