It's likely a power supply issue. Check the basics first.
- Make sure it's plugged into a working outlet. Test the outlet with another device.
- Check the power cord for damage. If it's damaged, do not use the washer. Contact Sun Joe service at 1-866-766-9563.
- Reset the GFCI on the outlet if there is one.
- Try a different outlet. Switch off any other machines using the same circuit first.
- If you're using an extension cord, try without it. If you must use one, it must be watertight and heavy-duty.
If that didn't work: The fuse in your home's circuit may have blown. Replace the fuse or reset the circuit breaker. If the machine's plug is polarized (one blade wider), make sure it's fully inserted into the outlet correctly.
Heads up: Never carry the machine with your finger on the trigger or when it's plugged in. Make sure the switch is off before plugging it in.
