Diagnosis
The opener lost its connection to the MyQ cloud servers. This is usually a router or internet issue, not an opener issue.
How to Fix It
Reboot your home network. Unplug your router and cable modem for 30 seconds. Plug the modem back in, wait for it to fully boot, then plug the router back in. Wait two minutes. Check the MyQ app. If still offline, on the opener motor unit, press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the light blinks amber, then release. This resets the network connection. Re-run the Wi-Fi setup in the MyQ app.
If That Didn't Work
Chamberlain's servers might have deactivated your device. Delete the opener from your MyQ app account. Factory reset the opener by holding the learn button for 10 seconds until the light goes out. Then re-add it as a new device in the app.
Heads Up
A solid Wi-Fi light on the opener only means it's connected to your local router. It does not guarantee a connection to the internet or MyQ servers.
