Diagnosis
The thermostat has no power. This indicates a lack of voltage, a blown internal fuse, or a defective unit.
How to Fix It
First, check the home's circuit breaker panel. Ensure the breaker for the baseboard heater is fully in the ON position. If it was tripped, reset it.
If That Didn't Work
Power off the breaker. Remove the Mysa and check the white neutral wire connection. A missing or loose neutral will result in no power to the display. Ensure it is securely fastened.
Heads Up
If the breaker trips again immediately after installing the Mysa, you have a wiring short. Do not repeatedly reset the breaker.
