Quick answer: The thermostat has no power. This indicates a lack of voltage, a blown internal fuse, or a defective unit.

Diagnosis

The thermostat has no power. This indicates a lack of voltage, a blown internal fuse, or a defective unit.

How to Fix It

First, check the home's circuit breaker panel. Ensure the breaker for the baseboard heater is fully in the ON position. If it was tripped, reset it.

If That Didn't Work

Power off the breaker. Remove the Mysa and check the white neutral wire connection. A missing or loose neutral will result in no power to the display. Ensure it is securely fastened.

Heads Up

If the breaker trips again immediately after installing the Mysa, you have a wiring short. Do not repeatedly reset the breaker.
