oven won't turn on at all, the lights are off. checked the outlet and it's fine. what do i do?

First, confirm the appliance is plugged into a dedicated wall outlet. No other appliances should be plugged into the same outlet. Plugging other appliances in will cause a circuit overload.

Second, ensure you have turned the appliance on by setting both the preparation time and temperature. If both conditions are met and it still fails, the appliance is malfunctioning. Do not attempt to repair it. Unplug it and contact Customer Service.
