my internet speed is slow on devices connected to the satellite deco, but fast on the main one, what's the bottleneck?

Connect an Ethernet cable from a LAN port on the main Deco to the satellite Deco's WAN/LAN port. The system will automatically switch to using the cable. Re-test your speed. IF THAT DIDN'T WORK Check for channel interference. In the Deco app, go to 'More' -> 'WiFi Settings' -> 'Operating Channel'. Set it to 'Auto' and run a 'Network Optimization'. This forces the system to scan and pick the cleanest channels. HEADS UP The 6 GHz backhaul band is fast but has very short range and is easily blocked. If you cannot wire the units, you must place them much closer together, with no more than one wall between them for optimal performance.

i added a third deco xe75 but it won't show up in the app to complete setup, the light is solid blue.

the deco app says my satellite unit has a 'weak connection' but the speed test from it is fine, should i worry?

HEADS UP The 'weak connection' warning is about the link between Deco units, not your device's link to the satellite. HEADS UP Some older IoT devices (smart plugs, cameras) require the 2.4 GHz band. After splitting the networks, you must connect those devices to the 2.4 GHz SSID. They will not see the 5 GHz network.

one of my deco units has a solid red light, internet is down on that one, how do i fix it?
