DIAGNOSIS This is almost always a power supply issue, not a faulty panel. The first suspects are a loose cord, a tripped GFCI outlet, or a power strip that's been switched off.
FIX 1) Trace the power cord back to the wall. Unplug it. 2) Check if the outlet is a GFCI type (has test and reset buttons). Press the 'Reset' button firmly. 3) If it's on a power strip or surge protector, make sure the strip is on and try plugging the fridge directly into the wall outlet instead. 4) Once you've confirmed a good outlet, plug the fridge cord back in securely. You should hear a faint hum or see the panel light up immediately.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the outlet has power (test it with a lamp) and the fridge is still dead, the internal fuse on the control board might have blown, often from a voltage spike. You'd have to access the main control board, which is behind the front grille or panel. This is a warranty repair job—contact support.
HEADS UP Never use an extension cord with this. It needs a dedicated outlet that can handle the compressor's startup surge. A weak or long extension cord can cause the exact symptom you're seeing.
