DIAGNOSIS This is usually a conflict between what's on the thermostat itself and what's in the Honeywell Home app. They can get out of sync, or a "Geofencing" or "Away Mode" feature is overriding your schedule.
FIX First, open the Honeywell Home app and check the "Away Mode" and "Geofencing" settings. If Geofencing is on, your phone's location can put the system in "Away" mode, which ignores your schedule. Turn those features off to test. Next, force a sync. On the thermostat, go to Menu > Settings > Reset > Reset Schedule. Then, in the app, delete and re-create your schedule. Make all schedule changes in the app only, not on the thermostat, to avoid confusion.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If the schedule still doesn't hold, there's a known bug with certain firmware versions where schedules corrupt after a power outage. A factory reset of the thermostat (Menu > Settings > Reset > Factory Reset) and a fresh setup from the app can clear it.
HEADS UP The "Smart" features in the app, like "Adaptive Recovery" or "Early On," can make it seem like the schedule is off because the system starts early to reach the setpoint by the scheduled time. You can disable these in the app under thermostat settings if you want purely time-based control.
