Diagnosis
The monitor's color profile or temperature is set differently from your main display. Portable monitors often have less vibrant panels and limited color calibration out of the box.
How to Fix It
First, use the monitor's OSD menu to adjust the color settings. Navigate to the menu (using the side buttons), look for "Color Temperature" or "Picture Mode." Try switching between modes like "Standard," "User," or "sRGB." In "User" mode, you can manually adjust Red, Green, Blue gains.
If That Didn't Work
Calibrate from your computer. On Windows, search for "Calibrate display color." On Mac, go to System Settings > Displays > Color Profile and try different profiles. This adjusts the output signal, not the monitor's hardware settings.
Heads Up
This is an IPS panel, so viewing angles are good, but color accuracy and peak brightness are typically lower than on a premium laptop screen. Don't expect perfect color matching without professional calibration tools.
