DIAGNOSIS This is a known audio dropout issue linked to the TV's audio processing, often triggered by the TV switching audio formats between content.
FIX Change the TV's audio output setting from 'Auto' to 'PCM'. Go to Menu > Audio > Digital Audio Out and select 'PCM'. This forces a consistent format and usually stops the dropouts.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If you're using an external sound system via HDMI ARC, the issue might be the HDMI cable. Swap in a certified High-Speed HDMI cable and ensure it's firmly seated in the TV's HDMI (ARC) port (usually HDMI 1).
HEADS UP Setting audio to PCM may affect Dolby Digital surround sound from some sources, but it's the trade-off for stable audio on this model.
