DIAGNOSIS The Clear Voice feature is too aggressive. It boosts mid-range frequencies and can cancel out ambient sound, creating an unnatural effect.
FIX Turn off Clear Voice. Press the Clear Voice button on the remote until the display shows the feature is off. Adjust dialogue clarity using the Bass Extension and Subwoofer level settings instead.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK The issue might be your source. Some streaming services or TV broadcasts have poor audio mixing. Try a different movie or show to compare.
HEADS UP The Clear Voice setting works best at low volume. At higher volumes, it often causes distortion. Keep it off for music.
