DIAGNOSIS That's usually a drainage issue. While the SLPAC10 is mostly self-evaporative, in very humid conditions it produces condensate faster than it can evaporate it. The internal drain pan is overflowing.
FIX First, turn the unit off and unplug it. Tilt the unit slightly back (towards the hose connection) and check for a rubber drain plug on the back or bottom near the base. On many units, it's a small grey or black rubber stopper. Pull it out to let the excess water drain into a pan. Let it drain completely, then re-insert the plug firmly.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK If water keeps accumulating, you might need to run it in continuous drainage mode. Remove the plug entirely and attach a standard vinyl hose (like from a dehumidifier) to the drain port, running the hose to a floor drain or bucket lower than the unit. drain method is the fix for high-humidity areas.
HEADS UP Always ensure the unit is level on the floor. If it's tilted forward, water can miss the internal collection channels and leak out prematurely. Also, never let the water tank overflow when filling it—that can cause a separate leak.
