DIAGNOSIS
The dual-layer main filter may be compromised. If the deep-pleated HEPA layer is clogged with fine particles, airflow drops even if the outer layer looks clean.
FIX
1. Remove the filter.
2. Use a vacuum cleaner with a crevice tool on maximum suction. Insert the tool into the filter's honeycomb openings on the *sides* (not the front/back).
3. Run the vacuum along each opening for 5 seconds to pull debris from the HEPA layer's interior.
4. Reinstall the filter and test airflow on Fan Mode 10.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK
The fan impeller inside the machine's core may be unbalanced or fouled. Listen for a slight 'wobble' sound at high speed. This requires a certified technician to open and clean the sealed air pathway.
HEADS UP
The HP07 automatically reduces fan speed in Auto mode when it detects good air quality. For maximum airflow, you must manually select Fan mode and set the speed to 10.
