A leak underneath usually means a connection came loose or the drain pan is overflowing. First, power off the unit at the wall. You'll need to check a few things.
- Look for the drain pan (part number Ev9333-54). If it's full, that's your leak source. Empty it and find out why it's filling. It's meant for occasional condensation, not a constant water flow.
- Trace the water lines. The inlet line is 3/8" OD and the outlet is 5/16" OD on the under-counter model. Make sure every push-to-connect fitting is fully seated. A half-click can cause a drip.
- Check where the carafe sits on the dispenser. A misaligned or cracked carafe can cause spillage that runs down into the unit.
If you've checked all the connections and the drain pan, and it's still leaking, you likely have a cracked internal line or tank. That's a service call.
