The power supply is the most likely cause. Use only the original AC adapter. Other adapters can damage the device.
- Check the wall outlet is working.
- Ensure the adapter's DC output cable is firmly plugged into the router's Power (DC-IN) port.
- Press the Power button firmly.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The bundled adapter is rated for +19V with 2.37A current or +19.5V with 2.31A current. If you are using the correct adapter and it's plugged in, the router may be faulty.
HEADS UP: Operating temperature range is 0~40°C. If the unit is in a very hot or cold environment, it may not power on.
