Diagnosis: Faulty power supply or connection.
- Confirm you are using the original ASUS AC adapter from the package. Specifications: DC Output +19V with 2.37A current or +19.5V with 2.31A current.
- Check the wall outlet is live. Plug the router directly into the wall, not a power strip.
- Ensure the adapter is fully seated in the router's Power (DC-IN) port.
- Press the physical Power button on the router.
IF THAT DIDN'T WORK: The adapter may be defective. Try a different, known-good outlet. If still no power, the adapter or router's internal power circuit has failed.
HEADS UP: Operating temperature must be between 0°C and 40°C. A unit stored outside this range may not function.
