How to Fix It
First, adjust your motion settings. In the Blink app, go to Camera Settings > Motion Settings. Lower the sensitivity slider. Use Activity Zones to draw a zone that excludes high-traffic areas like a street or busy sidewalk. Ensure Retrigger Time is set to at least 30 seconds.
If That Didn't Work
Check for environmental triggers. A branch moving in the wind, a flag, or a headlight sweeping across the lens at night can cause recordings. Reposition the camera angle slightly or refine the Activity Zone further.

Using Live View frequently is a major drain. Each minute of Live View consumes battery equivalent to hundreds of motion-triggered clips. Use it sparingly.
