Water leakage is caused by filters not being tightly connected or damaged sealing rings.
Turn off the power and empty the raw water tank. Pull out the side cover. Check all four filters (PP, CTO, RO, PCF). Ensure each is fully inserted into the filter base with no gap. Twist each filter counter-clockwise until you hear a click and the triangle icon on top aligns with the base.
If that didn't work, inspect the black sealing rings on top of each filter. If they are distorted or loosened, replace them. Use the spare sealing rings included in the accessory packet.
Do not disassemble the machine yourself. If the leak persists after checking filters and seals, contact Bluevua Support. Operating with a leak can cause electrical damage.
