Retrieve the robot. Check for blockages: hair around wheels, a stuck pad, or an obstacle blocking the cliff sensors. Clean the wheels and sensors with a damp cloth.
Restart the job. Press CLEAN. If you want it to resume the previous map, place it back where it stopped. If the CLEAN text was pulsing while it was charging, it will resume where it left off once recharged.
To prevent this, use a Dual Mode Virtual Wall Barrier (sold separately) to block off areas where it gets stuck. Also, ensure your home Wi-Fi is stable if using the app, as connectivity issues can cause pauses.
